When are technician visits scheduled, and how long does a typical service take?
 

We  make it easy – Let us know a date and time that works for you, and we’ll do our best to find a route that fits your schedule. We’re happy to accommodate your needs to keep your lawn and home protected.

Do I need to be home for the service?
 

You only need to be home if indoor treatment is required. For lawn and outdoor pest control services, no one needs to be present. However, if you have a locked gate or gate code, please ensure its unlocked or code is noted on the day of service. We’ll notify you of the scheduled date in advance in case you’d like to be home.

Are your products pet friendly?
 

Our products are pet-friendly once dry. However, while still wet, they may pose a hazard. To ensure your pet’s safety, please keep them away from treated areas for at least one hour.

When/How do I pay?
 

If you have a major credit card or ACH account on file, payment will be processed after the service is completed. Autopay or web payments are also available for your convenience. Alternatively, cash or a check are accepted if paid directly to the technician at the time of service. If needed, checks can be mailed to our office 18931 Titus Road Hudson, FL 34667.
