What are your business hours?
Our office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our phone service is avilable until 5:00 p.m. Although we have in-office andf phone business hours our technicians can be flexible with your services if needed.
When do the technicians come out to my house?
It's up to you. We'll give you a day and time that fits your schedule. We also offer the option of a courtesy call the day before or time as reminder.
Do I have to be home when the technician arrives?
Yes, if our services are needed indoors. Otherwise you do not need to be home for our technicians to servive your lawn or pest control. We will let you know the day and time to expect their company in case you would like to be present.
When do I have to pay?
You must pay at the time services are rendered or are subject to late fees as per agreement unless otherwise specified. We also allow payment plans and auto pay options.
Are your products pet friendly?
WE do use chemicals that are hazardous to pets when wet. After they dry they are safe. As a precaution we suggest you keep your pet away from the treated area for a few hours.
How do I pay?
You can pay over the phone, online, or at time of service. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discoversy cards. We also accpet check or cash, but we are in the process of going fully paperless for environmental factors so we do prefer online, over the phone or auto pay options.
